How do I submit an order?
Visit kjedits.com/order-form to place an order or hit the “order” button in the top right corner of the page. All orders must be submitted through this page.
What is your turn-around time?
Standard turn around time is three to five days. Any order placed after 9 pm will be considered received the following business day.
What if I need edits done more quickly?
Rush orders are available. You will be charged 20% of the job cost to rush the order and it will be delivered next day by midnight CST.
How do I send you my images?
Send them using Dropbox. It’s a free file hosting site that lets you share images with others.
There is a section on the order form when you can paste a dropbox link to your images.
How do I get a Dropbox link to send?
Upload a file to your dropbox account.
You will notice a button that says “share” to the right. Click that and another dialogue box will appear.
There will be a small link that says “create a link”. When you click that, dropbox will render out a link for those files to be shared. Once you do that, the “create a link” button changes to “copy link”.
Hit “copy link” and the link will be saved to your clipboard.
From there you can simply paste it into the appropriate section on the order form.
What file type(s) should I send?
For orders that include selection, straightening/cropping, color correction, dodging or burning, a Lightroom catalogue is the preferred file type to send.
For orders that include any retouching RAW files or Jpegs are required.
How will I get my images back?
Your images will appear in the same dropbox folder that was originally shared with me. High resolution Jpeg images will be returned for all retouching orders and Psd. files are not provided.
How will I be charged?
You will receive invoices every Friday for the orders completed the previous week (Friday-Thursday) using a secure square invoice. Here you’ll be able to safely pay with any major card and even save your payment information for future use. Invoice payments are due 14 days after they are received. If an invoice remains outstanding for over 14 days, a 20% will be charged and any pending orders will be placed on hold.
Can I order services on only a range of images?
In the case of culling, color correction and straightening, these services will be subjected to all images if ordered. Culling is charged based on the number of starting images. Dodging, burning, radial filters, spot removal and all other retouching orders can be applied to limited images in a set. This process can be based on your own discretion or ours.
Why do artistic retouching orders need to be approved?
Artistic retouching is a full collaborative process. I will ask for notes from you as far as direction and also send my own notes. Once a general direction is approved by you, the editing with be processed. You are limited to 3 rounds of correction there-after before the edit is deemed finished.
How do you become new client?

What do color tags mean in Lightroom?
Blue- Artistic Retouching
Yellow- Album or Misc. Retouching
Red- Images removed during Culling
Green- Dodged and/or Burned

Where can I view my invoices?
Invoices are all located at the bottom of your personal client page.
When are invoices due?
Invoices are due 14 days after they are received.
